Customer Service Representative
Salary- £21,000 +5% bonus
This is the perfect opportunity for a confidential individual with excellent communication skills (both written and spoken). Experience in customer service/retail/hospitality is desirable.
Key responsibilities include:
* Working in our clients customer service team taking inbound and outbound calls to their customers.
* Speaking with customers to find the best solution.
* Updating customer databases to ensure accurate records are kept.
* Providing excellent service to customers
The benefits:
* Competitive holiday entitlement - with one day accrued for each year of service (to max 30 days) plus Bank Holidays
