We are a landscaping and grounds maintenance company based in Larkfield, Kent, looking to employ a new grounds maintenance team leader.
Ideally the successful candidate should have 3 years or more experience within the grounds maintenance sector, full driving licence and excellent communications skills with both the public and members of their team, self motivated and reliable.
The role will involve you working with a team of operatives, responsible for your van and the loading and unloading of the relevant tools. You will be responsible for a number of sites, which will need to be maintained on a weekly/fortnightly basis.
The candidate will need to be competent in all aspects of garden maintenance, including:
Weeding
Pruning
Lawn mowing
Hedge cutting
Strimming
Leaf blowing and collection
Litter picking
They will be expected to be at the first job starting work by 8.00am and will usually finish for the day at 4.00pm, this may vary if a job necessitates, but in the winter months will have reduced hours.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
