We are looking for a customer focused and self-motivated team player with experience of ICT Infrastructure to join the EK Services ICT team as an Infrastructure Engineer.

You will be working in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere alongside a supportive and close team. We are undergoing change across the partnership and this position will play a key role in the exciting projects ahead looking at cloud technologies and updating and changing our infrastructure environment across the partnership.

The successful candidate will work in a team to log, troubleshoot and resolve calls.
They will assist with the design, installation and connectivity of computer systems including on premise and cloud based infrastructure.
The role is responsible for telephony, multiple data centres, security systems, remote access and to provide full server and network support.
Experience of cloud infrastructure, deployment and management would be an advantage.

The successful candidate will bring an excellent customer service approach and have experience of triaging, prioritising and managing a number of different work queues and major projects ensuring that they are kept up to date and customers are kept informed of progress.

This post is a 1 year fixed term contract for EKS Infrastructure Project Work. This post requires you to have a full driving license and own transport or requires travelling to sites in a timely manner equivalent to motor travel in your own car.
