About the role
You'll maintain, repair and upgrade door entry, gates and access control systems to our domestic communal areas and properties. You'll also maintain our CCTV systems. There may be other duties such as TV aerials. The job is varied from location to location and you'll contribute to the management systems and ways of working to improve the service.
Key tasks include:
- Carrying out investigations, reports, fault finding and repairs to communal door entry and access control systems including to gates to properties on a reactive basis as directed.
- Ensuring the Stanley Easinet PAC Database maintains no less than 98% successful dial up schedule regime once achieved.
- Ensure that initial callout attendances are visited within the agreed timescales.
You'll need:
- To be experienced and competent in door entry and access control repair, PPM and servicing.
- Strong customer service skills and an ability to deal with difficult situations.
- Understanding of different stakeholders and ability to deal with each effectively.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- A full valid driving licence.
- Your own basic hand tools and testing equipment for the role.
