Administration Assistant - Ongoing temporary basis

Our client is seeking an administration Assistant to join their team.
* Monitoring the facilities inbox and taking phone calls
* Monitor calendar and book contractors for routine maintenance and servicing.
* Arrange for ad-hoc contractors for repairs etc.
* Filing and record keeping
