Forklift Fitter/Engineer - rarely available role to join an established industrial logistics company who are rapidly expanding to support increased growth in their sector.

This opportunity will offer a basic 40 hrs working week Monday to Friday - but you will need to remain available for some Out of Hours or Weekend Work to support any unplanned maintenance/ repair/fault finding. This will be on a rota basis within the team.

Salary and benefits for this role are highly competitive and would be available based on experience level and skills demonstrated to date. The role offers above market rate hourly pay and other benefits as expected.

The role will see the successful person ensure all MRO and fault finding and PPM is acted upon in relations to a range of equipment including FLTs(CB) cranes and lifting equipment, bobcats and moving equipment and associated plant.

Knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, fuel and engine systems, safety inspections, hydraulics and/or fluid power systems etc would be required and a formal or QBE status would be considered.

Successful candidates will have proven skills in welding, stripping down systems, sub assembly and transmission experience alongside knowledge of control systems.
