We are currently seeking an experience Quality Assurance Manager to join our client based in Chatham.
Responsibilities include:
* Support the Best Practice team to identify any procedural weaknesses/efficiencies.
* Reviews and 1st line of defence reviews as and when required.
* Results reporting, including scoring, conclusions, actions and recommendations.
* Monitoring of actions through to completion.
* Administration of review appeals.
The ideal candidate:
* Have experience within quality assurance
* Great communication and proactive
