1st Line IT Support- Need to be able to go to the office

Location: Rochester
Salary: £25,000

A highly established organisation is looking to add a member to their IT Helpdesk team, to assist users with 1st line issues; this will consist of remote support.

Duties will include:

* Analysis, diagnosis and resolution of IT issues
* Setting up new users hardware and applications
* Device administration of telephones and mobile devices
* Provide excellent customer service
