Premier Work Support are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Operations Manager for our prestige client at London Stansted Airport. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a career driven, ambitious, self -motivated and determined individual to lead a recruitment team. This is a permanent position and the hours will be 9am - 5:30pm.

The successful candidate will have experience in the recruitment sector, including experience at a managerial/ supervisory level and be looking to move in to a fast paced and exciting environment. The successful candidate will manage a team of recruiters in an office environment.

The ideal candidate will be a results-driven and experienced recruitment professional who is capable of balancing multiple priorities and making fast decisions. This role requires someone who has a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, the ability to lean quickly and demonstrate strong leadership skills. You will also need to have a good knowledge of volume recruitment, planning and client relationship management.

Duties include:

* Manage and lead the full recruitment process.
* Monitor departments KPI's and ensure sufficient measures are in place to meet goals.
* Motivate, guide and mentor team members to exceed goals and maintain a positive team environment.
* First point of contact for all recruitment activities.
* Work closely with key state holders internally and within our client's management team to design and implement talent strategies.
* Oversee distribution of daily tasks and provide regular updates on productivity to the senior management team.
* Oversee all marketing and sourcing campaigns.

Requirements:

* Experience in Recruitment sector including experience at a managerial/ supervisory level
* Experience working with high-volume recruitment in a fast paced customer focused environment.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively and efficiently.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proven track record of delivering results.
* Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Products with a particular focus on Excel and Candidate Management System.
* Strong attention to details and mindset for continuous improvement.
* Proven ability to work effectively and respectfully with colleagues at all levels within the organisation.

This is a permanent position and the hours will be 9am - 5:30pm.
