Working for a global manufacturing company in the Maidstone area, we are resourcing for a Customer Experience Manager who will hold responsibility for delivering a high-level service experience to customers to achieve the highest customer satisfaction.
You will manage, motivate and develop a multi-functional customer experience team whose duties include business development, order processing and supply chain coordination for the global market, to ensure customer engagement is at the fore (UK and International markets) with high levels of customer and stakeholder engagement and communication
About you
* Minimum 5 years proven experience of managing a successful customer service team
* Demonstrable leadership and motivational skills
* Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM system
* Experience of International order processing, shipment and sales along with supply chain experience would be desirable
* Proven management experience in a business development environment preferred
* Reasonable level of commercial or industry experience
* Good organisational skills
* Ability to coach and manage team members
* High attention to detail and strong Excel skills
