The Role
Based in our Guildford Office you will have the opportunity to work on an exciting range of conservation projects and be part of a team who are committed to delivering an outstanding client experience.
You will have:
* A degree in Quantity Surveying
* 5 years minimum surveying experience
* Qualified RICS/CIOB or working towards formal qualifications
* Conservation sector experience.
* Client management experience and excellent ‘face to face' communication skills in client facing environments.
* Proven experience of working at both pre and post contract stages.
* Experience in aspects of Technical Staff Management.
