Our client is rapidly expanding and is now looking for a Part-Time Facilities Support Person to join their team. They currently have four business centres across East Kent, so the successful candidate would be covering two of these and must be willing to travel to both Whitstable and Canterbury.

The part-time role will be 25 hours a week being on site Monday to Friday.

This is a full 360 degree facilities role that requires daily, weekly and monthly tasks such as checking plant equipment, ensure walkways and fire exits are kept clear and tidy in appearance, pulling up weeds etc, carry out H&S checks that include no trip hazards, such as uneven steps, uneven paving slabs, loose carpets etc to water temperature checks, cleaning out fridges, water plants, check all table and chairs in all areas and descaling taps, read electric meters as well as ad hoc tasks such as all vacant offices must be viewing ready, so clean and tidy, carpet washed and walls clean and repainted as required. No patch painting. Corridor walls need repainting from time to time. No patch painting.
