We are proud to be working with a global manufacturer in finding an experienced Shipping Coordinator to join their team.
The role:
You will work closely with the Warehouse and Customer Admin Team with processing the customer repairs and returns. This will involve the receipt and preparation of documentation for the despatch of equipment. You will complete the end-to-end processing from receipt through to despatch. Ensuring that all deliveries are sent out on time and continuously managing stock levels for the department.
Required skills:
* Strong admin experience to include MS Office.
* Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
* Be well organised and disciplined to meet deadlines.
* Experienced in a warehouse/shipping/distribution environment
* Forklift experience is desirable, although training can be provided
This is a temporary role for approximately 6-moths and requires an immediate start. This is a full-time position Monday to Friday with an early finish on a Friday.
Wage depends on experience but pays up to £12.99 per hour.
