Job Description
My client is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Office Administrator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of their office and ensuring efficient administrative processes. Being the face for clients
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, answering phone calls, and addressing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
• Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate office supplies and equipment procurement.
• Assist with basic financial tasks such as processing invoices and expenses.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
• Cultivate client relationships
Requirements:
• Previous administrative experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
