Greyfox are looking for an Administrator for their busy Rainham office. You will be joining a friendly and hard-working team. Previous experience of estate agency is not essential, it is more important that the candidate has exceptional customer service skills and a problem solving mindset.
You will need excellent Microsoft Office skills and ideally experience of using a variety of CRM systems as you will be responsible for producing the marketing products for properties and coordinating the publishing to web portals in addition to fulfilling the day to day administrative duties within the office. It's important to be able to multi-task, possess a high level of attention to detail and a good standard of written English.
