Hays Recruitment are currently recruiting for Multiple Production Team Line Leaders for our client based in the East Kent Area. This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidates.

Salary - £27,000 - £30,000

2 shifts are available; either the front shift or the back shift is available.
Front shift - 5:30am - 14:30pm
Back shift 15:00pm - 12am

**Must be able to drive**

Duties include:

* Ensuring conformance to Health & Safety measures at all time.
* Ensuring conformance to H&S and COVID-19 safety measures at all time.
* Managing the line team effectively to achieve the line KPIs, ensuring product integrity, conformance to customer specifications, technical standards and business procedures.
* Carrying out product assessments on raw material, during production runs and post packing to ensure quality of finished product conforms to customer quality specifications.
* Working closely with the QA and compliance team ensuring that standards are managed within the customer/business specifications.
* Actively participate as a member of the Production Team providing input to ongoing business continuous improvements.
