Maternity Cover
Winkworth is looking for a part time lettings negotiator to cover an existing role for maternity cover.
The role is for an enthusiastic and personable candidate and would suit someone who is happy being out of the office most of the time conducting viewings with potential tenants and presenting any offers to the landlord and doing initial paperwork, so although some lettings experience would be preferred this is not essential as training will be provided.
The role will include, but not limited to, regular communication with clients, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, administration work, and providing a top level of customer service.
Candidates need to have the ability to handle a fast-paced environment and work well under high pressure situations, they need good telephone communication skills, face-to-face personable skills, and have a positive attitude.
They will need a clean driving license and have use of their own car.
The requirements are three days per week, 9 until 5.30, ideally Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, but there may be some flexibility on days for the right candidate, one Saturday morning per month until 2pm.
