Role Overview: As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:
. Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their recruitment needs and ensure satisfaction with our services.
. Interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for client organisations. Provide constructive feedback and guide candidates through the recruitment process.
. Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns to attract both clients and candidates. Utilise social media, job boards, and other marketing tools to promote job vacancies and our services.
. Actively seek out new business opportunities. Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
. Work closely with the recruitment team to match candidates with job vacancies, ensuring a smooth recruitment process. Share insights and market trends.
