We are looking for a technically savvy Administrator to join our client as a Sales Office Administrator.
Initially you will be based in Sittingbourne, moving to Aylesford in the coming months, this can be a very fast paced, proactive role, working alongside a great team.
As a Sales Office Administrator, you will be the main point of contact for customer enquiries as well as processing sales, providing accurate quotations and purchase orders through an internal system. You will also progress orders with suppliers and customers ensuring requirements, timescale and specifications are understood. You will be tracking customers' orders through to completion.
To be successful in this role an engineering aptitude would be beneficial with proven experience of delivering a high level of customer service at all times, prioritising workloads and work accurately at pace. Full training and support will be given.
