Joining a company established for over 30 years, and acting as a leading supplier to clients ranging start-up to established multi-national, you will have access to full and ongoing training and development opportunity.
Day to day, based on your skillset and interests, you will join a specialist recruitment team managing recruitment processes from start to completion. You will undertake combination of :-
Business Development – proactive sales and client account management via phone, email, video and in-person (events, meetings, etc)
Resourcing/Service Delivery – agreeing client vacancy briefings then using bespoke tools to identify and attract candidates.
Candidate Management – briefing candidates, qualifying suitability, introducing to clients and formatting CVs.
Advertising / Marketing – producing adverts and soft marketing collateral (presentations and proposals).
Process Management - Organising interviews, completing pre interview preparations.
Offer/Feedback – negotiating employment offers, delivering post-interview feedback.
Administration – contracts.
£24-27,500 + uncapped bonus = £40,000 OTE Year 1; £45-50,000 Year 2.
