Job Description
To provide administrative support to the Administration Manager to ensure that the Partner and Adviser's relationships between their clients can be optimised and assist with the daily operation of the office.
Create and provide meeting packs to a very high standard.
Liaise with internal and external departments, clients and ceding companies.
Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
Progress applications to completion.
Support the paraplanners in preparation for scheme analysis.
General tidy and cleaning of the office.
Ensure stationery is maintained and compliant.
Ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, be able to manage time effectively and be able to multi-task to meet deadlines, be flexible and adaptable with a can-do philosophy.
Provide a professional image in both appearance and attitude and provide quality support in time to agreed standards.
Previous experience not essential as full training will be provided. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate for personal development and career progression.
