Weekend/Evenings/Part-time role.
Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Call Handlers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls on behalf of various clients, providing great customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Weekend hours are available, making this an ideal opportunity for those looking for flexible working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
• Handle a variety of client enquiries and provide accurate information
• Record and relay messages accurately to the appropriate recipients
• Maintain a calm and courteous demeanor, even in challenging situations
• Update client records and databases with relevant information
• Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure consistent service quality
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address any issues or escalate calls as needed
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
• Proficient in using computer systems and software
• Previous experience in a call handling or customer service role is a plus
• Flexibility to work weekends and potentially evenings as required
