With full training provided, you will work as part of a team, playing a crucial role in the delivery of outstanding customer experiences, by phone, email and face-to-face.
In the role, you will communicate with customers (inbound and outbound), building relationships with them through the phases of understanding their enquiry and business needs; identifying appropriate products and explaining/recommending bespoke product packages; processing orders, organising installations/delivery, delivering after sales care. Providing product information packs. Ordering from suppliers. And more!
20-30 hours / week;
Salary with experience £26k FTE
+ team bonus!
Fabulous offices on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells - miss the town traffic!
Free parking !
