Guest Experience & Dispatch Coordinator
Location : Maidstone

The role will see you involved with the following;
Collating itinerary information from suppliers.
Confirming details for clients including postal addresses and dietary information
Update records system with client information.
Dealing with general customer ticketing enquiries.
Allocation abed distributing tickets, including guest packs and managing courier services.
Client communication using both phone and email.
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent organisation skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. They are looking for someone to hit the ground running while working to deadlines to support the Guest experience manager.
A high degree of attention to detail and organisation.
Confident in customer service.
The ability to work well and consistent under pressure.
A confident and analytical problem solver with effective communication skills.
Good admin skills using email and basic spreadsheets.
What you'll get in return
Salary offering £25,000 per annum
25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays
Office hours Monday to Thursday, 8.45am to 5.30pm, Friday 8.45am to 5pm.
A break-out area with a gym, kitchen and games console area to be used on breaks.
Salary sacrifice options for gym membership and Costco membership are available.
