We are looking for a Fire Risk Surveyor to join a Kent-based Local Authority, working in private sector housing on a fixed term contract for 6 months. The salary is between £325 - £375 p/d, depending on experience.
Your new role
* To carry out compressive surveys on private sector residential buildings that are over 11 meters high
* To identify and decide if any has combustible external cladding
* Provide housing advice to tenants, landlords, and agents.
* Conduct Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) inspections.
What you'll need to succeed
Specialist knowledge of fire safety in residential buildings and remedial techniques used to remedy fire safety hazards in residential buildings.
