This interesting and varied role will involve:
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and addressing any client concerns promptly
Preparing and presenting reports, for clients and management
Leading initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction
Utilising internal CRM systems and Excel to record and document activity and projects
Carrying out related administration tasks
The right person for this role will have:
Experience in account management or a similar role
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly
Excellent analytical skills
Familiarity CRM systems and excellent Excel skills
A proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
