Our client, based in Chelmsford, is looking for a permanent part-time Operations Executive to join their Operations Department. This role will be working 4 days per week (32 hours).
As the Operations Executive, you will be involved in producing annual review information, arranging client transactions, and supporting various responsibilities within the Operations department. Full training will be provided, with the opportunity to take sponsored financial services exams relevant to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Annual Review Packs: Support the Advisers by providing up-to-date client information for annual reviews.
* Write up adviser recommendations and submit fund switches.
* Client Transactions: Handle various client transaction processes.
* Create illustrations for clients.
* Conduct Money Laundering (ML) checks and produce ML Certificates (MLC).
* Produce transaction confirmation letters.
* Address associated client queries.
* Call clients to book appointments and manage the diary.
* Perform other general administrative duties, such as writing letters.
Essential Skills Required:
* Attention to detail: You will take pride in your work, ensuring high levels of accuracy and focusing on completing tasks within agreed timescales.
* Numeracy & Communication: You must be numerate, with clear written and spoken language skills to create client-facing material.
* Initiative & Independence: Ability to work on your own initiative and manage various tasks effectively.
* IT Skills: A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, is essential.
