We are seeking an experienced, compassionate and highly organised Student Services Manager (SSM) to join our dedicated team at Leigh Academy Rainham - an ambitious and oversubscribed secondary academy. Since opening in 2021, we've built a vibrant, inclusive learning community where student wellbeing and success are at the heart of everything we do.
As a Student Services Manager, you will play a key pastoral leadership role within one of our three colleges. Working closely with College Leaders, families, and external agencies, you will lead on behaviour, attendance, safeguarding, and student welfare - ensuring that every young person feels safe, supported, and ready to succeed.
