Duffields is an expanding family-owned animal feed manufacturing business operating near Canterbury, with other sites across the country.

We are looking to recruit a Customer Support and Transport Planner to operate within the Customer Service and Transport Team. The role will require prompt and friendly response to customers for enquiries and orders plus helping ensure they receive their deliveries on time and in full through assisting with transport planning.

The ideal applicant must have the following:
• Previous Customer Service experience.
• Knowledge of transport planning would be desirable but not essential.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word.
