Exciting Opportunity: T-Level Industry Placement Coordinator at North Kent College
Join North Kent College’s Apprenticeships & Work Placements team in a key role supporting our T-Level students. We’re seeking a qualified, experienced, and passionate individual to coordinate industry placements and make a real difference in students’ career journeys.
You’ll play a vital role in building strong relationships with employers, students, and internal teams including curriculum, careers and support services to ensure a smooth and successful placement experience. If you’re professional, confident, and enjoy helping students thrive by connecting them with valuable industry opportunities, this role is for you.
Key responsibilities include managing the full T-Level Industry Placement process, from initial engagement through to completion, and actively promoting North Kent College by developing strong partnerships across private, public, and third-sector employers.

The Role:
Where you’ll work: This role is multi-sited, and the nature of the work will require travel to any of the College site.
Your hours: 37 hours per week (Mon – Fri), 52 weeks per annum (1 FTE).
Your pay: £33,858 per annum full time equivalent
