A successful consultancy is looking to secure an experienced Executive Assistant to support their Finance Director.
Your new role
As the Executive Assistant to the Finance Director, your main role will be to provide a robust and complete administrative support function to them. This will include diary management, inbox management, travel arrangement and itineraries, expense management and meeting preparation - you'll need to collate materials and papers before meetings take place, ensure they are distributed to attendees and capture follow-up action points for the wider team.
You'll have the opportunity to support company-wide projects, providing a support function for their ongoing progress.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to be an experienced EA, someone who has supported them at C-Suite Level and possesses strong stakeholder management skills. Top-notch communication skills are essential.
