Administrative Assistant/Receptionist – Bromley Office
Salary: £25,000
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 4:00pm

Your Role:
Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will also play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes within the office.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Create, update, and manage case files and file requests
Handle archiving and assist with file management systems
Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area and office environment
Provide general administrative support across departments
Respond promptly to internal queries with a professional approach
Keep the team informed on file movements and document updates
Greet all visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Organise meeting rooms and manage bookings
