ð¨ Job Opportunity: Multi Trader - Office Refurbishment Project
Location: Sevenaoks
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Decent run of work
Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30/ 5 PM, Monday to Friday
We are currently seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join our team on a fast-paced office refurbishment project.
The ideal candidate will be confident working across a range of trades and able to deliver high-quality finishes with minimal supervision.
ð§ Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out a variety of tasks including basic carpentry, patch plastering, painting & decorating, and minor plumbing
* Assisting with partitioning, ceiling works, and general snagging
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
* Working closely with site management to meet project deadlines

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Multi Trader on commercial or office fit-out projects
* Own tools and PPE
* Valid CSCS card
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
