As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department. Your responsibilities will include managing purchase and sales ledgers, processing payments, scheduling payment runs, reconciliations, timesheet management, assisting with CIS/VAT returns, expense management, and handling ad-hoc finance functions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Sage 50 (essential), Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and Word.
• Minimum of 3 year of experience in a similar role.
• AAT Level qualification or higher is preferred
• Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred but not essential.
