Key Responsibilities:
Document & Correspondence Management: Ensure the seamless flow of documents and correspondence in and out of the department.
Legal Document Preparation: Type legal documents from handwritten notes or transcribed dictation.
File Management: Open, close, and maintain files, ensuring all relevant documents are appropriately filed.
Administrative Support: Photocopying, preparing trial bundles, managing diaries, and organizing internal/external meetings.
Communication: Handle phone calls, take messages, and manage new inquiries.
