Overview:

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a top local firm as part of a highly successful legal division in the private client team! Nestled in the north of west Sussex this company prides themselves on exceptional client service and dedication to staff welfare.

This role provides an essence of your own independence, working with a varied client base of High Net worth Individual's, business owners and farming families. This exciting new opportunity provides you with the chance to work in a team of experienced specialists it to private client solicitors to qualified tax advisors.

This is Monday-Friday Position with a Hybrid working structure 37.5h week!

Salary varies dependant on qualifications and experience.

(Higher salary's can be discussed)

Duties:

The ability to manage your own caseload working autonomously and as part of a team
Good communication skills to enable you to successfully build longstanding working relationships with colleagues and clients
Attention to detail
Experience in drafting Wills, Trusts (and related documentation), Powers of Attorney and advising on estate planning and inheritance tax matters
Able to manage a variety of Probate and Estate Administration cases through to completion
Commercially aware with experience of networking and business development
People management skills and an ability to mentor junior colleagues
Good financial management
What were looking for:

A successful candidate for this role will have a strong back-ground within UK legal practice/private client work or be nearly qualified with good experience. Must live within a 1 hour commute.
