Working closely across all internal teams, your role would be a varied one, striving towards project coordination, fulfilling briefs on quality, cost and deadline.

Duties might range:

· Liaising with clients throughout the project lifecycle - including enquiries, briefs, quotations, order placement and through to completion

· Coordinating production and project drawings for spatial and creative plans;

· Setting, allocating and managing budgets through all phases;

· Be the main point of contact for clients;

· Work with internal teams to allocate resources, set milestones and ensure alignment;

· Tracking and reporting on projects, ensuring they are on time and to specification

· Manage delivery, installation and finalisation of projects

Excellent working environment in Tonbridge (accessible easily by train bus and car; and with free parking onsite!!)

Mon – Fri 9-5

Scope to travel!

Salary £30,000-32,000 and benefits!

This is an AMAZING opportunity for a candidate interested by a career in project management. Any transferrable experiences of administration will be considered.

You should have experience of liaising with clients, placing and planning orders/briefs/projects, and ideally a creative flair / passion !!
