The Role:
Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions
Handle inbound enquiries and proactively contact new prospects
Prepare quotes and proposals, managing leads through the CRM
Support course scheduling and coordinate with internal teams
Attend events and exhibitions to promote services
Achieve sales targets and KPIs

About You:
Experience in sales, account management, or customer service
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Proactive, positive, results‑driven attitude
