Project Planner (SAP S4HANA) IR35 Status: Inside IR35 - Umbrella only Clearance: BPSS Location: Hybrid - 1-2 days per week onsite in Hammersmith Contract Length: Until 31/12/2026 Rate: £330 per day inside IR35

I am working with a leading Consultancy who are looking for a Project Planner with strong SAP S/4HANA planning experience to support a complex multi‑wave transformation programme. The role will act as a key planning authority, ensuring consistency, dependency control, and accurate programme reporting. You'll be responsible for governing, integrating, and assuring all planning activities across the programme and ensuring alignment to the end‑to‑end critical path to support successful programme delivery.

Responsibilities will comprise of the following and you'll require exposure to these areas: Planning Governance & Standards, Dependency & Critical Path Management, Plan Quality Assurance Governance and Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement. In addition, you'll require the following essential skills:-

* Strong SAP S/4 planning experience.
* Proven track record managing critical interdependencies across multi‑project programmes.
* Expertise in complex portfolio planning with internal & external dependencies.
* Solid understanding of full IT delivery lifecycle (Waterfall & Agile).
* Experience working within large-scale, global FTSE 250‑level organisations.
* Confident senior stakeholder engagement (up to CIO level).
* Expert user of Microsoft Project plus enterprise tools such as Planview and Jira.
* Experience producing dependency visualisations such as tube maps.
