The Goods Inwards Team Leader is responsible for the efficient receipt, inspection, and storage of all incoming materials and products at Unipet International UK. This role ensures all goods are accurately checked against delivery and purchase order documentation, recorded within the Orderwise system, and stored in accordance with company procedures.
The position supports the wider business by maintaining optimal stock levels, monitoring Kanban controls, and coordinating closely with Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, and Planning teams to ensure materials are always available to meet production and customer demand.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and collaboration across departments
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• Proactive and organised, able to prioritise and manage workload effectively
• Sound understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations
• Good computer literacy and experience with business systems (Orderwise preferred)
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and Manual Handling principles
• Valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence
