Day-to-day, following training, you will learn to manage end-end sales processes including :-
- Contacting, establishing and developing relationships with new clients from leads
- Generating and qualifying leads, establishing needs and developing bespoke proposals
- Pitching, negotiating and agreeing solutions for clients needs
- Upselling and cross selling to meet additional needs
- Ongoing account management
- Using the company CRM system to plan, prioritise and organise opportunities
- Shadowing and attending client meetings, industry events and shows
- And much more!!

Company events

£25-30,000 base salary + commission (Year One OTE - £35-40,000, Year 2 £50,000, Year 3 £60k++)
