Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum plus bonus!
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm, Fully Office Based

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base

Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape

Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and enhance service offerings

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients

Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profitability and success


Who Are We Looking For?
The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience in business development, preferably within the manufacturing or production sector

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders

A strategic mindset with a knack for identifying growth opportunities

Excellent negotiation skills and a results-oriented approach

A valid driving licence and willingness to travel as needed
