This is a varied and engaging role where no two days are the same. You'll split your time between the office and conducting property viewings, giving you full exposure to the estate agency process. You'll be joining a friendly, welcoming team where you can make a real impact on the business.

You don't need to have Sales Negotiator experience but it would be advantageous. If you have office sales experience that would be beneficial as well.

What we're looking for:

- A confident and clear communicator
- Strong organisational skills
- Well presented and comfortable speaking with clients daily
- A proactive individual who enjoys working independently and as part of a team
- A full UK driving licence is required
- You will manage your own desk and work within the local area. As with all property roles, some Saturday working will be required.
