This role entails, working closely with the directors and wider finance team to ensure efficient financial management, accurate reporting and compliance with all relevant regulations. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing new processes and ensuring deadlines are consistently met. This is a hands on position requiring strong analytic skills,excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Key responsibilities include: * Financial Reconciliation * month end processes * Asset Register Management * Audit Support * Tax compliance, including preparing and submitting CIS returns and quarterly VAT returns * Financial Reporting * General finance support Skills and Experience * Proven experience in accounting or finance role * Strong knowledge of month-end case processes * Experience with VAT CIS and statutory audit preparation *
