You will play a crucial role in ensuring all machines and equipment are maintained to optimal standards. You will work closely with production teams, proactively plan maintenance schedules, and continuously seek opportunities for improvement. Respo sibilities - Maintain all machines and equipment to optimum standards, reacting quickly to faults and breakdowns - Employ fault-finding techniques to efficiently diagnose and resolve issues, communicating with affected parties throughout the process - Minimise breakdowns through proactive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime costs - Implement and maintain a systematic planned maintenance programme - Collaborate with production teams for advance planning of machinery downtime - Manage stock of critical spare parts and order parts for service and repair as needed - Ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently in accordance with health and safety
