We are seeking a professional lettings negotiator/Office administrator to act as an assistant to the Lettings department. The role is flexible for the right person, but ideally a job share role, working along side the administration/negotiator. We are ideally looking for 2/3 days a week The candidate will ideally have a proven track record in lettings, possible negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role involves working closely with tenants and landlords alike, ensuring the service we give is a smooth and efficient experience. A clean driving license is essential and salary will £24,000 pro rata.
