The Role: As a HGV1 Moffett Driver, you will play a crucial role in the companies supply chain, ensuring the timely and safe delivery of fence panels to customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include loading, transporting, and unloading goods using a Moffett forklift, adhering to the highest standards of safety and customer service. Key Responsibilities: -Safely operate a HGV1 vehicle and Moffett forklift. -Load and secure fence panels and other materials as required for safe transportation. -Plan routes efficiently and manage delivery schedules to ensure timely deliveries. -Perform daily vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle. -Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, including assisting with unloading and placement of materials as needed. -Coordinate with the logistics team

We are currently recruiting for horticultural workers to work for one of our companies based in Wye, near Ashford, Kent. This position will involve working across many different parts of the nursery and therefore you must be flexible to do so. Candidates who apply need to be aware that due to the nature of this business you will be working outside in all weather conditions. The pay rate or this position is £11.44 per hour The position will involve: -Working Monday to Friday 07:30-17:00 -Working flexible hours during the clients peak periods -Be able to adapt to the diversity of the role -Working well on your own as well as part of a team -Manual lifting is involved as some plants weigh over 25kg -Potting of Plants -Weeding -Planting -Watering and general maintenance of the plants -Grading -Loading trailers -Setting the flower beds -Working alongside the potting machines The ideal candidate: -Be able to adapt well to the diversity of this role. -Be able to work well on your own as well as part of an established team. -Be able to work flexible hours
