The purpose of the role is to work of the Household schemes and binders handling Personal Lines Household policies from start to finish. Main Duties: * Handling Household premiums for new and existing clients * Managing own book of clients * Dealing with premiums upto around £2,000 * Contacting clients to obtain up to date risk information and discuss renewal terms * Issuing new business, renewals and Mid-term adjustments * Preparing and issuing insurance documentation and letters * Cross selling other products * Using Acturis and MS Office Essential Skills Required: * Previous experience within Household Insurance * Managing own workload * Good IT skills including all MS Office Desirable: * Good organisation skills * Knowledge of binders or delegated authority * Achieved or studying towards Cert CII * Knowledge of Acturis system What you need to know: * Permanent role
