Your new company This highly respected public services organisation is seeking a Senior Network Technician to work on a hybrid basis (50% office / 50% home based remote). Your new role Your role will be to provide WAN, LAN, WLAN and include firewall device support, monitoring, maintenance and documentation for the employee network. What you'll need to succeed Using your experience in your current or prior role of maintaining WAN, LAN, Wireless LAN connectivity between multiple locations, you will need to deploy and configure SD WAN Edge router and security firewalls, and participate in the designs and implementation of various network engagements. The successful candidate MUST be CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or have similar qualifications and have experience in supporting a large/enterprise level network environment including firewalls / VPN architecture, Cisco ASA firewalls and Checkpoint platforms as well as thorough knowledge of key networking protocols used in design and operation, including routing protocols.
