Individuals will be qualified Solicitors (2yrs - 5yrs) or CILEX/FILEX qualified with experience dealing with Commercial Property work at either a leading regional or London law firm. You will be joining this Chambers Recommended Legal 500 team taking over an existing caseload dealing with landlord nd tenant matters, acquisitions/disposals of commercial premises and acting for lenders in funding the acquisition of commercial property and residential development work. Clients vary from small businesses to large corporate entities so individuals will be exposed to a good variety of property work.
